Rithu Manthra is a Kerala-based actor, model, martial artist, singer, dancer and performer whose career moves fluidly between cinema, television and the ring. She first stepped in front of the camera with a supporting role in the courtroom comedy-drama King Liar (2016), and reached a much wider audience in 2021 as a contestant on Bigg Boss Malayalam 3, emerging as one of the season's most talked-about faces.
Her filmography since has ranged across languages and tones — the ensemble festivities of Honey Bee 2: Celebrations, the cybercrime tension of Operation Java, the award-winning drama Chathi, the Tamil character study Regina, and the warmth of Super Zindagi and Ramnagar Bunny.
Beyond the screen, she represented Kerala at Femina Miss India 2018, winning the Miss Talented sub-contest title, and has walked at the Kerala Fashion League, Bangalore Fashion Week and Lulu Fashion Week, alongside campaigns for brands including Josco Jewellery, Milma, Paragon Chappals, Lulu Sarees, Kalyan Sarees and East Tea. A trained martial artist, she holds a National Krav Maga Championship title and won two bronze medals at the Jujitsu World Championship held in Latvia in 2023, representing India.
